How do I setup DataSuite to Email through my company email server?

1. Go to Tools> Options and select the E-mail settings tab.

2. Click Add.

3. A new entry named New Profile is created. Click on this entry to edit the settings, server information, etc. Make sure to enter the fields correctly e.g. with no extra spaces or typos.

4. When finished, click OK to return to the main Email Settings window, displaying the list of profiles.

5. Ensure that the relevant profile is selected. From this point on, all emails sent from DataSuite e.g. reports, alarm notifications, will be sent via the new profile rather than the default DataSuite email profile.
