Sensor types and connections

Each of the 8 input channels of DaqPRO is multipurpose and can be individually configured to any of the following types and ranges:

Current: 0 - 20mA

Pulse counter (input 1 only) 0 to 65,000 pulses

Temperature Internal -25 to 70C (-13 to 158F)

Temperature NTC 10K -25 to 150C  (-13 to 302F)

Temperature NTC 100K -25 to 150C (-13 to 302F)

Temperature PT-100 2 wire -200 to 400C (-328 to 752F)

Temperature PT-100 3 wire -200 to 400C (-328 to 752F)

Temperature Thermocouple J -200 to 1200C (-328 to 2192F)

Temperature Thermocouple K -250 to 1200C (-328 to 2192F)

Temperature Thermocouple T -200 to 400C (-328 to 752F)

Voltage 0 - 10VDC

Voltage 0 - 50mVDC

User defined Up to 20 types 0 - 10V or 0 - 20mA

Degrees F or C can be selected in the System Configuration menu on the DaqPRO. All temperature inputs will be the same units.

Connect the sensor to the terminal block at the top of DaqPRO:

Sensors must be added successively, starting with input-1. If a single sensor is used it must be connected to Input-1. If two sensors are used, they must be connected to Input-1 and Input-2 and so on
