If you have lost the Lock Code for your West 5010 controller, you can reset it to its factory default value of 10 by following the procedure below:
1. From Power Up
2. Hold both the UP and DOWN Arrow keys until the Setup View screen appears
3. Press the NEXT and EXIT keys together to display the Password Reset screen
4. Press the ENT key
5. The Lock Code will be reset to 10
